The Rally + Ride Pitch
Sessions are every Thursday and alternate each week between
North and South. The Tempo Caravan Tours are:
- #2 North of I-8 and East of College Avenue and all
of Alpine
- #4 South of I-8
As of June 1, 2006, non-ESDCAR REALTOR® and Affiliate
members will be charged a $5.00 fee to attend the Rally
+ Ride Pitch Session
Please call the Association Office Rally
+ Ride Liaison at (619) 579-0333 ext.104 to determine
the appropriate tour date for your property.
Start Times are:
- Networking Session: 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
- Pitch Session: 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
- Caravan: 10:30 a.m.– 1:30 p.m.

Please add your listing
to the caravan tour via the TEMPO MLS tour function prior
to the weekly deadline of Friday 12:00 pm.
- From My Tools in Tempo, select from the pull
down window Add/Edit.
- Click on View Listings by Agent and select the
listing.
- Your Property List tab appears, select Open
House.
- Click Add New/Edit and complete the information.
NOTE: You must include the Tour Number to
be eligible for the tour
- The caravan time is from 10:30 am-1:30 pm.
- Tour number alternates each week from North #2 to South
#4.
NOTE: You must include the Tour Number for
ESDCAR to accept
- Click Submit.
If you have any questions, call ESDCAR at 619-579-0333
ext. 104 and let them know which side of the freeway
your property lies. They will not add your listing to the
caravan via TEMPO - You must do this under your own MLS log-on
ID.
Step 2: ADD listing to the
RALLY + RIDE Pitch Session
Next, please e-mail your property address, MLS listing
number, agent and office name, with the tour date &
time you wish to pitch to the following email address: rallyandride@esdcar.org. Please
call the Rally + Ride Liaison to verify receipt of your
email.
This information must be received by Friday 12:00 pm prior
to the week of the tour scheduled. It will be on a "first
come, first served" basis. You must plan to attend
the pitch session in order for your property to appear on
the pitch session list & map distributed the day of
the pitch session & tour.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received
by Monday at 12:00pm or you will be considered a "No
Show". If you are a "No Show" you will
be suspended from participation in the Rally + Ride Pitch
Session for a period of 90 days.

to hold harmless the participant creating the slide show
of pictures taken from my listing on Sandicor MLS web site”
