  CAOR caravans and tours are provided for the benefit of CAOR REALTORS®, Associated Professionals and Affiliate members. Non-members and guests are welcome to visit provided you bring your business card and introduce yourself to the showing agent.

No Pitch session is required. Coronado has a very informal caravan. Everyone is welcome to come and go as you please.

CAOR offers one formal Pitch Session monthly on the LAST Wednesday of each month at the Coronado Yacht Club, 1631 Strand Way during our monthly Business Meeting.
 

HOW TO ENTER THE TOUR/CARAVAN/OPEN HOUSE IN THE TEMPO MLS SYSTEM

  • In Tempo, click on the Add/Edit Listings icon at the top of Tempo 5
  • Enter the MLS Number in Find a Listing by ML# box
  • Click on Open House in the left hand side
  • Click on Add An Open House
  • Enter all Red fields and any others that you want
  • Click Submit to save the Open House
