FORMS REQUIRED FOR MEMBERSHIP

Forms to Join must include a Letter of Good Standing from the Primary Association or MLS and a Copy of the DRE license or Appraiser license
 
  Per rule 11.7.1 each listing entered as Residential Detached, Twin Home, Townhome, Row House, Other Attached, Manufactured Home, or Residential Income 2-4 Units must have a Primary Photo submitted within (72) hours of entry into the Tempo system
