Section I
Rules and regulations governing the photos and tours for the MLS Media
- 11.7 Photographs and Virtual Tours ("Media") on the MLS - By submitting "Media" to the MLS which were taken by the participant and/or subscriber, the submitting participant and/or subscriber grants the MLS and the other participants and subscribers the right to reproduce and display the "Media" in accordance with these rules and regulations. "Media" submitted by the participant or subscriber may only be used for their specified purpose of displaying the subject property, view from the subject property and/or amenities included in the subject property’s homeowner association fees and/or dues. SANDICOR, Inc. reserves the right to reject or remove any "Media" submitted that includes any text, personal advertising or promotion as well as people or persons. If a listing broker desires to use the photographs, drawings or similar "Media" from a former listing made by another participant or subscriber (the "Original Listing Broker") in connection with the new listing broker’s active listing, the new listing broker shall first obtain the written permission of the "Original Listing Broker" to do so. MLS Compilation for a particular property, the new listing broker shall first obtain the written permission of the "Original Listing Broker" to do so.
- 11.7.1 Universal Resource Locators ("URL") in the MLS - When a participant or subscriber submits "Media", which contains a Universal Resource Locator address ("URL") such as a Virtual Tour, the "URL" may not contain any characters within the "URL" which could identify or direct a user back to the participant or subscriber’s personal website.
- 12.16 Sec b Use of Active Listing Information on the Internet - Participants and Subscribers may display the address field as well as the physical characteristics of listings; however Participants and Subscribers may not display confidential information fields as determined by SANDICOR, Inc. such as that information intended for cooperation brokers rather than consumers.
All tour links are to be non branded; no Real Estate agent or office information is allowed. No agent photos or people can be showing in the tour itself. Real Estate signs should be blanked out or removed (preferred). No Real Estate Office Logos of any kind are allowed.
Virtual Tour vendor links to your company are allowed for the purpose of Virtual Tour Business Only. They can send email to the virtual tour company or friends/family, but cannot go to the Agent or the Broker direct.
Audio is also allowed with music and/or property descriptions only (no agent or office information).

It is the responsibility of the Vendor to keep all approved links IDX Compliant and to nofity us of any contact information changes. New links will be required to be submitted for approval.
