How To Add Photos/Virtual Tours to TEMPO™ 5

Photos can be added to a listing by the Listing agent or by their Broker. You can have a maximum of 25 photos per listing. If you need help in learning how to load your listing photos, please call 858-622-6200 and ask for Tech Support or Training.

Sandicor reserves the right to reject or remove any photo submitted that includes any text, personal advertising or promotion as well as people or animals.

Agent Upload of photos for a listing

  • Go to the Welcome Screen (TEMPO home page)
  • Look to the left side of the screen for Inventory Watch
  • Click on the desired status category and a search results page appears
  • Locate the listing and place your cursor over the white circle with the letter "i" (located to the left of the listing number)
  • Move your cursor over to the paper and pencil icon and click
  • Select Images from the list of five options on the left side of the page
  • A screen appears with the capacity to accept a maximum of 25 images
  • Click Add New Image located at the bottom of each image submission field
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and utilize the Browse button to locate desired photo
  • Select an Image Name from the drop down list
  • Utilize the comments box for relative remarks about the photo
  • Click Save button at bottom right of page

How to Upload a Virtual Tour to a Listing

  • Go to the Welcome Screen (TEMPO Homepage)
  • Look to the left side of the screen for Inventory Watch (Inventory Watch includes all of your listings as well as all of the office listings)
  • Click on the status category of the listing you want to edit.
  • Locate the listing to edit and place your cursor over the circle with the letter "i" (located to the left of the listing number).
  • Move your cursor over to the paper and pencil icon and click.
  • Click on the edit button (located at the bottom of page).
  • Scroll down to end of the list and locate the Virtual Tour Link field (5th from the bottom).
  • Paste the virtual tour address in the corresponding space.
  • Click the submit button (green checkmark) located at the bottom of the screen.

Remember, if there is a question mark inside a blue circle located to the left of a field, you can click on it for help with that specific field.
