FUSION™ Videos
These videos will show you how to use Fusion™, an alternative to Sandicor’s TEMPO™ MLS software. Designed to be platform/browser independent, Fusion™ can be used on both PCs and Macs, as well as Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer browsers.
Because FUSION™ is being released in phases (Phase 4 is now available) there is some MLS functionality that is currently only available in TEMPO™, including loading of photos.
This is not a conversion—both TEMPO™ and Fusion™ will remain in place and they share the same database. Any changes done in either system, such as new or edited Searches or Contacts are immediately reflected in the other. The exception to this is CMAs done in either TEMPO™ or Fusion™ are only available in the system they are created in.
TEMPO™ Videos
These videos will show you how to use the TEMPO™ MLS software to do all aspects of MLS searching, adding/editing a listing, CMAs and prospecting. TEMPO™ is based on an Internet Explorer platform only.
There is some MLS functionality that is currently only available in TEMPO™, including Add/Edit, CMAs and Hot Sheets.

Realist® Tax Videos
These videos will show you how to use the new Realist® Tax to map locations and see what is nearby, create pinpoint mailing lists for targeted marketing and apply Realist comparables to support pricing and sales decisions. You will also learn how to leverage detailed foreclosure information as well as answer questions specific to a neighborhood that may impact closing the deal such as DOM, Median Home Value, Median Sale Price, Sales Activity, Median SqFt Cost, Number of Homes in Foreclosure, and Percent of Homes in Foreclosure.
Other Product Videos
These videos will show you how to use other Sandicor products which are integrated in with the TEMPO™/FUSION™ software, such as Sandicor Mobile (for MLS access on your cell phone), Neighboring MLSs, Property Panorama (virtual tours), and Listingbook.
Sandicor Consumer Site (beta-testing by Agents/Brokers)
These videos will introduce Agents and Brokers to the new consumer website http://consumer.sandicor.com designed to assist potential buyers in finding their next place to call home in San Diego County and to drive traffic back to the agents and brokers! The site is currently being beta-tested by agents and brokers through the end of 2011 before being advertised to the general consumers in early 2012.
Developed around a powerful and flexible search engine, the consumer will have the ability to search for properties across San Diego County, find an agent using a name, affiliated office or location, view valuable community information, utilize links to population statistics, school systems, government resources, and so much more. The website is designed with the consumer in mind!
