Realist is a full-featured, Web-based public record service that integrates with Sandicor's Tempo5 MLS to deliver up-to-date public records. This service combines your MLS listing information with robust public record features (assessor data), including property data and transaction histories (recording data), CMA reports, farming lists/mailing labels (up to 5000 labels a month), and street maps. Some of the things that you can do with this system are: You have a monthly download count of 5000 exported records Conduct searches using several property and owner characteristics including owner name, address, street telephone numbers, tax ID, Assessors Parcel Number (APN) or Foreclosure Activity Save and re-use queries as needed Combine MLS and Realist.com data for detailed reports Navigate back to listings from Realist.com effortlessly NEW OFFERING FROM REALIST (2/10/09) REALIST ValueMap (AVM Product) is a new Value Added Service from Sandicor. It is being deployed in two parts. The first is an AVM Product within REALIST where agents can send AVM information to clients via email or a printed report. The second (coming soon) will be an AVM product that can be added to a Broker/Agent web site. The Enrollment process will be completed from within Tempo/Realist. 	What Do The Flags mean on a Property?
	If you see a flag on a property that states: Bank Owned Sale it means the following: It is not a Flag meaning this property is Bank Owned - It means the last time it was sold – it was bought from a bank. This flag is removed the next time the property is sold or after three years, whichever comes first. Hide Flag If you are not seeing the flags on the tax records, you may have clicked on the Hide Flag option. To change back to seeing the flags, click on Show Flag and they will show up again.

	I Cannot Log Into Realist
	If you are getting a message that a window can't be opened, there is either a popup blocker or security program blocking your access Make sure any toolbar you have is either turned off or allowing tempo5.sandicor.com and firstamres.com to work as trusted/safe sites AOL toolbar, AIM toolbar, Google Toolbar, Yahoo Toolbar, MyWebSearch, MapQuest Toolbar, Norton Toolbar, McAfee Toolbar and others that you might find Delete your Temporary Internet Files and Delete your Cookies Check the Security Level set for Trusted Sites, Internet and Privacy. Do not have them set to Custom. Lower them to Medium-High or Medium Close out of the internet completely and log back in and try Realist again. 	Property Information is not Correct in Realist
	Sandicor only provides access to our members to the tax information through the Realist system, we do not administer the data. If there is invalid or incorrect information in the tax records, please print out the record from the Realist system, notate the requested changes, then fax to 858-622-6222 Attention: Technical Support along with any supporting documentation from the County Tax Assessor's office. We will forward the documents to Realist for their research and any necessary changes.

	Can't See or Use the Plat Map
	Once you are into Realist, click on Preferences found at the top in the Royal Blue bar In the first section for the first question, check the number in the box for total number of listings to be shown and change it to 1000 if it is a smaller number Then scroll down the list of things in the first section until you find “Enable Image Viewer”, make sure it says Yes Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Save Changes. Log out of Realist completely back to Tempo and then go back into Realist. Do your search again and after you click on Assessors Map, you will see Map 1 (or more) on the screen Once you click the Map1 link, you will either have a popup message on your screen about installing the security program, or you will see the small bar across the top of your screen asking to install ActiveX Click the message, install the program and then you will see the Realist view with the measure bar, etc.
