Sandicor Releases GPS-Based MLS System iPhone App for Real Estate Agents
San Diego, CA – Sandicor San Diego real estate agents now have access to multiple mobile applications created to enhance the home buying and selling experience. iKenex has created these applications to allow both potential home buyers and real estate agents to tap into all aspects of the San Diego MLS.
The primary agent application is an advanced location-based mobile solution that allows full agent level access to the San Diego MLS. Agents can provide their clients with instant information to any property listing in the San Diego MLS right from their mobile device. "We are very excited to offer these innovative location aware mobile products to the real estate professionals in our area," said a Sandicor representative.
Sandicor agents currently have their choice of either a web based mobile solution or an iPhone/iPad specific application which is available for free in the iTunes store as a Sandicor Subscriber benefit. Within the next 45 days, additional applications will be available on the other smartphones. Additional available apps will allow agents to custom brand their own consumer version of the app or allow them to track their clients' activities.
San Diego real estate agents will be able to track where clients are house hunting when their agents are not available. Agents will then be able to answer questions while the clients are viewing San Diego homes for sale and point them to similar properties they might be interested in at that time.
The apps, which will also be available for the Palm, Android, and Blackberry platforms shortly, will only show the client's information if the client agrees to share it. The available information will allow agents to track which homes and neighborhoods are hot spots, what photos were taken, and what comments were made by the clients.
