Sandicor members currently have access to MRMLS (the Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service for the areas of Greater Southern California) and SoCal MLS (the Multiple Listing Service for Orange County) and CLAW (TheMLS.com). These links mean that Sandicor is now sharing access with the MLS systems that border San Diego County to the North! This allows our members to review and utilize a larger amount of valuable property data.

Access to MRMLS, SoCal MLS or CLAW is another benefit of your Sandicor membership. We are pleased to provide our members with valuable resource tools that will assist in maximizing and achieving your business goals!

To Access the Neighboring MLS Links from Sandicor:

Log into San Diego County's Tempo5 MLS
Open the My SideBar from the left hand side of the screen
Scroll down to the Smart Links section and click on the link for the location you wish to log into
This gives you Guest Access to your choice of a participating MLS system. Don't save your searches as they are regularly purged and all agents using the Guest Access can see your search, your client, and make changes to the search
You cannot setup any Prospect or use Auto Notification
You can send emails to yourself and then forward the email to your client. Do not put a checkmark in the box to Send a Copy to yourself.
