Welcome to San Diego County's Regional Multiple Listing Service. Sandicor participates in the California Reciprocal Agreement. The documents below are required for agents outside of San Diego County who would like to participate as a reciprocal for San Diego County.

Per rule 11.7.1 each listing entered as Residential Detached, Twin Home, Townhome, Row House, Other Attached, Manufactured Home, or Residential Income 2-4 Units must have a Primary Photo submitted within (72) hours of entry into the Tempo system
