Neighboring MLS
Sandicor members currently have access to CRMLS (the California Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc for the areas of Greater Southern California), SoCal/CRMLS (the California Regional Multiple Listing Service for Orange County), CLAW (Combined L.A./Westside), HiCentral MLS (Oahu and some property data for other islands)and MLSListings for areas in northern California. This allows members to review and utilize a larger amount of property data.
Access to CRMLS, SoCal/CRMLS, CLAW,HiCentral MLS and MLSListings is another benefit of your Sandicor membership. We are pleased to provide our members with valuable resource tools that will assist in maximizing and achieving your business goals
To Access the Neighboring MLS Links from Sandicor:
- Log into San Diego County's Tempo5 MLS
- Open the My SideBar from the left hand side of the screen
- Scroll down to the Smart Links section and click on the link for the location you wish to log into
- This gives you Guest Access to your choice of a participating MLS system. Don't save your searches as they are regularly purged and all agents using the Guest Access can see your search, your client, and make changes to the search
- You cannot setup any Prospect or use Auto Notification
- You can send emails to yourself and then forward the email to your client. Do not put a checkmark in the box to Send a Copy to yourself.
